Weetbix triathlon

On the 24th of March at Ongley Park we held the Weetbix Kids Tryathlon. We had loads of fun. The ages you could do it was  7-15 yrs old. The order of the racing was swim-bike and then run.

My favourite part was the swim. It was a freezing day and my friends and I were huddling up together like little penguins. They heated the lane pool outside at the lido so it was like a warm spa.

At the end of the tryathlon we got an apple, iceblock and don't forget about a medal. At 2:00 we had prize giving. Weetbix donated $300 to our school for having the most kids that completed the Weetbix Triathlon.

My least favourite part was the run because it was so tiring and I was puffed. The only part of the run I liked was the end because I felt so good and proud of myself.

That was my first Weetbix Kids Tryathlon and it definitely won't be my last because I'm going again next year.

172 College Street Kids entered the Weetbix Tryathlon this year!
